1. What Sizes of Popup Tents Do You Offer?
We rent 10x10 ft and 10x20 ft popup tents. These can be connected using special clips and gutters to create larger covered areas with multiple tents.
2. Are Popup Tents Waterproof?
Our tents are water-resistant, meaning they repel light to moderate rain but are not fully waterproof. To prevent water pooling:
- Fully extend and tension the canopy
- Use gutters if connecting multiple tents
- Avoid using in heavy rain or storms
3. Can Popup Tents Be Used in the Wind?
Popup tents should not be used in winds above 15 km/h. They must always be secured with stakes or weights. In windy conditions, consider:
- Lowering the tent for reduced exposure
- Setting up in a sheltered area
- Removing sidewalls to allow airflow
4. Do You Provide Sidewalls?
Yes! We offer 10' windowed, solid, and half-sidewall options. Sidewalls are optional add-ons and are easy to install.
5. How Are Popup Tents Secured on Hard Surfaces?
We offer rubber weights for securing tents on concrete, asphalt, and other hard surfaces. Some customers use one per leg, while others prefer two for extra stability.
6. Will the Popup Tent Fit in My Vehicle?
Popup tents collapse down to a smaller size and fit easily in:
- Truck beds and minivans (regular-sized): up to (8) 10'x10' tents & (4) 10'x20' tents
- Most SUVs (regular-sized): up to (4) 10'x10' tents & (2) 10'x20' tents
If unsure, call us or use our delivery service.
7. Can I Cook or Grill Under a Popup Tent?
No. Cooking or grilling under a popup tent is prohibited due to fire risk and smoke damage. Customers will be charged for replacement if a tent is returned with burns or grease stains.
8. Can I Attach Decorations to the Tent?
Yes, but only lightweight decorations using zip ties or removable clips.
- Do not use staples, nails, screws, or tape
- All decorations must be removed before returning the tent
9. How Far in Advance Should I Book?
Most customers book 1–2 months in advance, but popup tents sell out fast when rain is in the forecast.
- Book early to guarantee availability
10. What Happens if the Tent Is Damaged?
If a tent is badly damaged or lost, a replacement fee may apply.
11. What’s the Difference Between a Popup Tent and a Frame Tent?
A popup tent is a lightweight, easy-to-set-up canopy with a collapsible frame.
Frame tents are heavier, require assembly, and are better suited for stronger weather conditions.
12. What Makes Your Popup Tents Different From Store-Bought Tents?
Our popup tents are commercial-grade, with stronger frames, better securing options, and the ability to connect multiple tents seamlessly.
13. How Long Does It Take to Set Up a Popup Tent?
- 10x10 tent – 2 people, about 5–10 minutes
- 10x20 tent – 4 people, about 10–15 minutes
14. How Do I Prevent Rain From Pooling on My Tent?
- Ensure the canopy is fully extended and tensioned
- Use gutters when connecting multiple tents
- Avoid leaving the tent up in heavy rain
15. Can Popup Tents Be Set Up on Slopes or Uneven Ground?
Yes! Our tents have adjustable legs to accommodate uneven surfaces. We recommend:
- Testing the area with a chair before setup to gauge stability
- Securing the tent properly to prevent shifting
